I've looked at a couple of individual pages. How do I upload my own
images to appear as background on my home page?

Okay, I got the upload of a pic for a background, but now how do I
get the boxes to be clear so I can see the pic?

Jacquie, that's a great question. First, it depends on which of the standard themes you start with.
Some of them already have transparent backgrounds so it might be
easier to use them as a starting point.

Having said that, it is possible to change to transparent.

1) Select the 'My Page' tab
2) Below your photo, click 'Theme' to access to custom themes.
3) Select a theme you'd like to start with (see the What's New page
for a video of the new themes)
4) Below the list of themes, you'll see two tabs. Select the
'Advanced' tab.
5) Now for the fun part. In the box below, AT VERY THE BOTTOM (it's
important), copy the following text:

.xg_module_body { background-color:transparent; }

6) Click the Save button and away you go.

Just a note: Try to give some thought to the colour of your text so
that if the picture doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the
page, you still be able to read the text.
